Ranging from Albany, Saratoga, Troy, and everywhere in between, Glass Ceiling Effect is a product of its environment and far different from what you've come to expect from hip hop today. The artists affiliated with G.C.E. have all faced significant challenges in bringing their music to your ears. This is a different type of NY State of Mind. Melvin is a social misfit who works as a producer first, emcee second. He is always suffering the abuse of bullies and their respective girlfriends ,of which, who are also murderers. But all the abuse is going to end when Melvin accidentally falls into some barrels with toxic material. Now he is "The Talk-Sick Avenger" and soon he will be the hero of Salt Lake City, Utah... and a menace to the corrupt and "wack" (as he puts it) artists everywhere.
